The Caihong T4 has been reported to fly up to 20km altitude, but tellingly (see Prismatic HALE Flight) flew only during the daylight hours. This is partly explained by the mass, reported as 400-450kg for a 40m span – compared that with PHASA-35 at AUM<175kg for a 35m span.
